We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we provide it for general information only. Service descriptions, turnaround times and similar details are guides rather than guarantees, and they may change. Nothing on this site is professional, legal, financial or insurance advice.

A quote request through this site is an enquiry, not a booking, and does not create a binding agreement on its own. Any figure we give before we have inspected your vehicle is an estimate. We confirm a firm, itemised quote and a completion date once we have assessed the actual damage.

The repair itself, and any workmanship warranty, are governed by the documents and terms we provide with the job. Our warranty is summarised on our Guarantee page, and the written documentation you receive with your completed repair sets out the binding terms.

Where a repair goes through insurance, we give you an accurate, itemised quote to submit to your insurer. You lodge and manage the claim with your own insurer. We are not an insurer or a financial services provider, and nothing on this site is insurance or financial advice. On most claims you are free to choose your own repairer, but your policy and your insurer's requirements still apply.

You agree to use this website lawfully, and not to:

• use it in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site, or interfere with anyone else's use of it;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems; or
• copy, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our permission.

All content on this website, including the text, the images of our work, our logo and the design, belongs to Brilliant Shine or is used with permission, and is protected by law. You may view and share it for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reuse it in any other way without our written consent.

When you send us photographs of your vehicle and the damage for a quote, you confirm that you are entitled to share them, and you allow us to use them to prepare your quote and carry out your repair. We handle these in line with our Privacy Policy.

This site may link to or include third-party services, such as WhatsApp and a Google Maps view of our workshop. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

We try to keep the site available and working, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from relying on its general information. This does not affect your rights in respect of repair work we actually carry out, which are dealt with in the terms and warranty we provide with that work. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information. By using this site, you also agree to that policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
